Found and Chosen do not need patient records. In Preferred, patient data is handled under a signed BAA. We are HIPAA aware.
Do you sell headcount or hours?
No. We are a service company. We sell results with KPIs. Preferred includes an assigned bilingual English and Spanish agent from our team.
Does the price include ads?
No. Ad spend goes straight to Google or Meta. We charge for managing it in Preferred.
